Getting that "just right" seal can really be a bugger. Ensure there is enough chain length to allow stopper to sit in closed position. Sometimes calcium buildup at water exit may form a rough edge, so you may want to check for that.

Otherwise experimentation is your best bet (fiddling).

Before you dig too deep, check to make sure that the problem is not that it is overfilling the tank and running out through the bowl filler tube. There are usually a couple of set screws on the float valve mechanism that will adjust the water level in the tank; and it is not uncommon for them to be adjusted wrong.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
