There are a couple of different prescription meds that will help. There are a few different prescription nasal sprays that will help with that. The first one is Astelin.
I have found it to be the most helpful, but it leaves a really bad aftertaste for me, so I try and avoid using it unless things have gotten really bad. You can also try Nasonex. It's a nasal steriod spray that helps a lot of people.
A lot of people have also gotten relief from Flonase nasal spray. You should also try using saline nasal spray on a regular basis to help flush irritants and things you are allergic to out of your nasal cavities. You can use the saline spray as often as you want to, where the prescription sprays you only use once or twice a day.
Most of the over the counter nasal sprays, other than just the saline spray, aren't really a good idea to use on a regular basis. They can cause more trouble than they help. Good luck finding a solution that fits your needs!

Neti pot Any time I have allergies, I use the neti pot on my nose. Actually, I use a teapot I've dedicated for that purpose--I warm up a little water, and mix it lukewarm with some salt. I pour it through each nostril for about thirty seconds each direction.
This is adequate for my allergies. My husband has allergies about 100X worse than mine. For him, he's been using the neti pot with Alkalol, which is a natural saline solution with some strong oils in it that can help clear the bacteria causing chronic infection in the sinuses.
I'd recommend the neti pot over most other methods of clearing allergies because it does a little more than reduce the body's reactions to irritants--it does something to remove the irritants, going a little beyond simply addressing symptoms. But this is only addressing stuff that comes into the nose like mold, pollen, dust, dander etc. If it's food allergies, it won't help. For my allergies, I take a Zyrtec every day and rinse my sinuses out as needed. That made a big difference. Hope this helps..
Sudafed or Claritin Either of these work for me most of the time. Even the new Sudafed formula generally relieves my itchiness caused by allergies. I usually start with Sudafed, and if my allergy symptoms are particularly bad I'll switch over to Claritin (or the generic equivalent)..
My 6 and 10 pm weather reports give the pollen count. If I'm having a particular bad allergy day, I watch to see what is bother me. Lately there has been a high ragweed count which has really been bothering me.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
