Ski specific skills, no. However, you can get good balance and coordination from your parents. Also, if your parents are good at a sport, they are likely to enjoy it with their children so kids learn younger and often get more practice than kids whose family don't ski.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
