My neighbor loves birds her yard is a feeder it is covered with dog food, peanuts and bird food. They are out of control Hundreds of birds arrive at 4:30am and 5:00pm they damage siding, poop everywhere and are an audial assault. Neighbor hood upset, but they won't stop.

How can we keep our sanity, gardens, children and property safe. We need help, I think this is so bad it's a health hazard. The food also attracks other rodents.

Move or pray to God to bless them and then they will move. I think any obsession only gets replaced by another one... They must love animals.. I don't think you can change that. Animals give unconditional love which she must need.

Well, the first thing I would do is have a discussion with the woman and voice my concerns. If nothing happened after that, I'd get a couple of owl or hawk statues/figures and put them in my back yard. I might even call the county health department and ask if there was anything they could do.

For the Birds First you need to speak with your neighbor. If you have done this already then go to your city or town hall and put in a complaint.
