Yes... ...but it means buying a USB reader that will connect by serial or parallel, which you can find if you look. Or ther other option is to just buy a USB reader for your PC. You cna get some that fit in your old floppy drive or an extra CD drive slot..

2 You can buy a PCI card with a USB on it, if you have open PCI slots. For even older computers, there are ISA cards with USB. But the operating system isn't going to support it, and getting access to the drive will be hard.

Why would you want to do this? A computer that old is practically useless. People throw away things far more powerful.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
