I sprained my ankle pretty bad at one point, I got an air cast and within a couple of hours was able to walk on it although it caused some pain. What you want to do is keep your ankle elevated as much as possible. Ice it on and off 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, if you must walk on it, wrap it up tightly as this will help lessen the pain.
Also its time to invest in an ankle brace.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
