There's no software that will predict random numbers. In fact there's no way to predict truly random numbers. The best a piece of software is produce another set of random numbers based on algorithm.

Any bias towards numbers that haven't been picked lately, or against numbers that recently came up is just guesswork. Just because a certain number has come up every week for the last 2 months doesn't mean it won't come up tomorrow. And if there was reliable software then everybody would be using it.

Random is random. If you toss an ordinary coin 99 times and you get 99 heads, doesn't mean there's any more chance of getting tails on the 100th throw. It's still a 50/50 chance.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
