I'd guess calling through skype is the best deal. I could be wrong and there may be an amazing calling card deal out there that I'm unaware of, but it's hard to beat free for international communication. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
