I have four kids and most of them stopped napping around 3.5 yrs. At age four they are normally getting ready to start school and all of mine were in afternoon kindergarden classes which made nap time obsolete. The good news is that when they were done with napping in the afternoon it made bedtime a much easier experience because they were tired and fell asleep much faster. As a parent you know your kid the best, follow your instincts.
I just tried to calmly explain to him that he needs to take a nap so he can have more sleeping energy to make it through the day ( we are supposed to be going to dinner tonight). He is refusing and throwing a fit, screaming at me to leave him alone, so thats exactly what I did. I left him alone and now he is out like a fat kid in dodgeball.
No way is he ready to forego the naps!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
