My spouse was kicked out of the Army, and I recently joined the Army, will that affect me?

Only if he was courtmartialed.. which is a conviction of a felony. If that were the case he could not reside on base or travel to any OCONUS duty station. Otherwise, no issues at all unless you end up working with somebody who knows him and how bad a screw up he is/was.

You are judged by the company you keep. So unless he was kicked out for medical reasons, you may have issues with personalities.

Ditto the previous answer. If he was given the boot with a DD - it could even affect your security clearance, because you ARE judged by the company you keep. Can give you a better guidance if we knew what he was DC for.

Army deal case by case bases, but overall it shouldn't effect you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
