Tough question Best deals: I'd say Cingular has the best deals price wise (i.e. Rollover mintue plans), but would have a tough time recommending them, personally had poor customer service experiences in the past and service issues ( entirely dependent on your geographic location). Though to their credit I've heard they've gotten better in years past.

Coolest phones: Looks => Cingular, they seem to have a lock down on the deals with motorola to get the cool new phones first and hold onto them for a good period of time, though Verizon did get the KRZR exclusively which is a nice phone. Applications => Verizon, if you want cool applications ( realize not everyone does ), but the Verizon phones have much better hardware in comparison with the cingular phones. Orcs and Elves is decent (Doom engine RPG).

Reliability: Completely location based... the two leading radio technologies for which the cellular networks operate under GSM (Cingular, T-Mobile) and CDMA ( Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular ). So the service is usually the same across the carriers using the same technology ( warning though it may be roaming ). The new EVDO networks running over Sprint and Verizon are excellent but have limited market penetration currently, and a comparable technology EDGE which Cingular uses.

These offer high speed data transfers really only of interest if you are using multimedia content over the air from your phone. But yeah, personally I've been happy with Verizon from getting decent phones and having reliable service... ( LG VX1, and the Motorola V710 been using for the past 4+ years).

My personal opinion is to go with Cingular. I've tried almost all of the major players, and have had the best luck with Cingular. They're all pretty competitive on the hardware side with cool phones, and data phones.

The thing I like about cingular is the ability to save up your unused minutes and roll them foward for the future when you might have them. I've always had times when I went overages, and have never had that when I switched to the new Cingular. For that alone, I would recommend them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
