Something that reflects effect and meaning rather than price... ... you can always get the typical jewelry and stuff, but women (at least the kind that we all love and care about) don't appreciate that as much as something that required time and effect and emotion on your part. For memories you've had: 1) Take some of the best photos and videos of the two of you together and put together a montage. You know; the kind of things couples like in weddings. Do that again, except with stuff that's happened since the wedding.
