MySQL Query Join to select unmatched rows from two tables?

Assuming you have user_id as foreign key in the second table it can be used to join instead of using username to join table.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
