Yes, you would. Fees are based on residency, not citizenship. Unless you live within the EU for the three years leading up to the start of your course date you will be regarded as an international student.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
