A. The Fermilab email gateway smtp.fnal.gov does not allow relaying. This was done to prevent people from using Fermilab as a distribution center for SPAM email.
It is recommended that you set your email client's outgoing SMTP server to that of your ISP instead of smtp.fnal. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
