Further Info The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is Canada's "nuclear watchdog", established under the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (NSCA, passed March 1997; in effect May 2000). The CNSC was formerly known as the Atomic Energy Control Board (AECB), under the Atomic Energy Control Act of 1946.
The CNSC is an independent, quasi-judicial administrative tribunal and regulatory agency that reports to Parliament through the Minister of Natural Resources. The CNSC regulates the use of nuclear energy and materials to protect health, safety, security and the environment, and to respect Canada's international commitments on the peaceful use of nuclear energy. The CNSCs mandate does not include regulating for economic objectives.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
