Further Info In January 1997 Ontario Power Generation (then known as "Ontario Hydro"), one of North America's largest utilities, commissioned an independent review of its nuclear operations, following a steady decline in the performance of its older reactors. The report, publicly released on August 13, 1997, despite finding that "all of the plants were being operated in a manner that meets defined regulations and accepted standards related to nuclear safety", was highly critical of Ontario Hydro's managerial and operational procedures.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
