He kinda would have HAD to say yes to dance, the rule, soo idk really, but I do think he likes you. I mean he asked you to dance and kept staring into your eyes, i'm pretty sure he was falling for you. Maybe it just started as a friendly thing that grew into a romantic thing when you taught him to wobble (i know what you are talking about with that dance btw :P) I just think he likes you and you have to start talking to him very frequently and try and get him alone, with no other people, a movie or something at your house or the movies.

I am in the same situation. What I am doing is I am standing back and seeing what happens. When I feel me and this guy are going to date I will talk to my friend and I hope and prays she understand.

He definetly likes you, and he is flirting, and trying to look deep into your eyes. You don't need to pretend you don't like him, cuz he already knows you do, and is probably starting to like you in the same way. But you give him mixed signals when you look away.

So if and when he makes a move, respond to him in the same exact way. Girls are usually abit ahead of boys in this area. Girls mature at a younger age. Boys are just confused a lot when girls seem to know what is going on.

So what boys really like is a girl that they are comfortable with and wh they can talk to easily. So play that card. Don't pressure him, just keep being there easy to talk to and friendly.

In a couple of years it Will pay off. And do not get perturbed if he talks to or dances With someone else. Good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
