Need help to optimize MySQL query?

Just approach to optimize, two SELECT queries are transfered into JOIN clause.

You COULD create a view and query that instead - trade off is storage but should vastly remove load from server...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
