Need more latin music to add to my collection...any suggestions?

As for popular music, here are some groups/singers that haven't steered me wrong: Santana - Anything by this man is classic. S electric guitar playing is so clean and wonderful. "Abraxas" is my favorite album by him, but you may have heard the song Smooth, which is on his more recent "Supernatural" album.

Juanes - Smooth, Colombian singer. Very popular with my friends who aren't even into Latin music. Shakira - You probably have some of her music, but it's always safe to recommend her.

A Latina self-made Brittaney Spears of sorts. Café Tacuba - A great rock band from Mexico. Their song "Volver a Comenzar" hooked me into them.

A special note, Jorge Celedon's "Que Bonita es la Vida" is my favorite Spanish language song of all time. I hope that's either what you were looking for, or at least something new to try!

It depends on what type of Latin music you are into. Are you into Latin Rap, Oldies, or real mexican music?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
