430w will not be enough to power it. You'd be better off with 8gb ram, a phenom ii x4, and upping the video card to a 6850, but you will need a better psu still. You will never use 16 gb ram, you won't even use 8gb but that's a good number to get.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
