No matching constructor for initialisation of 'ifstream?

Ifstream constructor accepts a const char as the filename (prior C++11).

First you should check that weather the file is opened or not. For example if you don't have permission to access the file or if you are opening a file in write mode when there is no enough disk space, etc... so.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
