I think they should have in rotation Presidents for the entire Korea once from North and once fron south, each for five years. The most belligerent of the two to have their President first. But to start with, the armies of each countries be simultaneously given one years leave compulsoraly, before the belligerent President takes over.. Then only half of each side's army be called to duty after their one year's leave.
They stay on for one year. Then sent on one year's holiday. Next only quarter of ecah side's army be called.By then the matter will have settled.
As for Kashmir, the entire Kashmir should be made independant. And including Nepal there should be five independant countries in the subcontinent, one more than the present four and number five is sso good that there will be peace.
I don't think that N. Korea will be able to continue on the way they are for much longer. China (once their only true ally) has condemned the actions of N.
Korea (after the whole "skirmish" that took place just a little bit ago). N. Korea cannot continue to survive in total isolation and honestly - I think - that China could step in and flex its military might in order to solve this problem rather quickly.
But China doesn't want a war on its hands so it may not. We could also give S. Korea nukes as a deterrent for the nuclear capable (and armed) North.
Or at least threaten the North with the possibility of doing so.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
