If Undertaker and the WWE plans to end the streak, then of course Sheamus could end the streak. Anybody can, but the question is: Who is the "right" wrestler to end the streak. Of all the possible superstars in the WWE, Sheamus is by far the closes and more fitting to be the "right" person to end it.
The only other wrestlers that I could think of that would be fitting is both Drew McIntyre and Jack Swagger. Sheamus is already one of the top heels today, while Drew McIntyre and Jack Swagger have a great amount of potential to becoming top heels. All three were built in the form of being "dominating" and sooner than later type main event wrestlers.
If Sheamus (or McIntyre, Swagger or anyone else) defeated Undertaker, it would have a huge impact on his career. For an example, Chris Jericho defeated both The Rock and Stone Cold on the same night to become the Undisputed Champion. He had all the bragging rights and when you look back at Chris Jericho that is one of the most impressive accomplishments on his resume.
He drew heat by bragging about it all the time. Hell, I remember him mentioning it earlier this year too, so that just goes to show how much those type of accomplishments can still benefit you nearly 10 years after. It'll become a huge marking stone in Sheamus' career.
He's an already established heel who has taken the WWE by storm, but ending the streak would be the true "icing on the cake" that would take him beyond the point of being established. This would only enhance his career in a positive way; by making him a draw, the "face" of heels and etc. Both McIntyre and Swagger have stumbled, but they still have potential. Both can achieve and benefit the way Sheamus can, but they would have to be booked 'correctly' going into the match.
I know many say John Cena should end the streak, but I respectfully disagree. John Cena is already established and already a huge name to the WWE. Sure, it would make for an amazing match and the story would be great, but John Cena is NOT someone who needs that type of accomplishment on his resume.
Sheamus and Swagger have made their marking in the WWE, but they still need something that could accelerate them into the higher level that most fail to step foot in and ending the streak would do just that. Sheamus, Swagger and McIntyre make for believable wrestlers who could end the streak. In conclusion, Sheamus actually could end the streak and would be my number one pick to do so, if they plan to end the streak.
He could if WWE and Undertaker wants him to end it. But, I don't think Sheamus should, I mean, he is already built up, he has beaten HHH, John Cena, and Randy Orton in previous months. Sheamus does not need to end the streak to get help.
Who does need to end the streak is Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, John Morrison, or CM Punk. Not a established main eventer.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
