I am not exactly sure what you are talking about that a psychic found Caylee's body. This is not true. Caylee's body was found by accident by a meter reader named Roy Kronk.

The police were also given a tip of the location of a body by one of Casey's childhood friends, named Kiomarie Torres Cruz. Ms. Cruz told police that she and Casey Anthony used to hang out in a few different places near their elementary school to get away from family.

That is where Caylee's body was found. It was not found sooner because that area was flooded for a few weeks while the search was happening. Once the flood waters receded, then the police found the body there in a plastic bag.
