Here is what you need to expect from YouTube: You won't be gaining a big amount of subscribers for a long time. Took me 3 years before I racked up 1K subscribers (Keep in mind however that I am an animation channel and do not upload as frequently as other YouTubers though), getting the first 100-200 subscribers is going to be the hardest. After that, it gets easier because more people know about you.
But until then- you have to market the sh*t out of yourself. But to be realistic man, your channel is barely a month old and try not to expect a lot of subscribers quickly. You need to keep in mind this: gaming is the most popular thing on YouTube right now.
It's popular because a lot of people watch gameplay videos but also because a lot of people post gameplay videos... you are competing with thousands, tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands to millions for views. Gameplay is a popular thing on YouTube, but you have to keep in mind that you are one of many people doing the videos and competition for views is big... that's why you need to be original and do something that separates you from the thousands if not millions of others wanting to do gaming videos. You need to upload videos regularly.
As an animation channel, I struggle to get subscribers and views as fast as everyone else because animation isn't something you can get done and upload a video of once a week. You need to have a scheduled upload period like "New videos every Monday and Fridays!" or something like that. People like channels who upload frequently which you've got that going for you.
Good thumbnails is also important because someone would rather click on a thumbnail to a video that looks good rather than a really crappy thumbnail- you have that part down good as well. For a new channel, you actually have a lot of things nailed down very well. Keep it up!
So how do you get more views and become more popular? Well... you need to advertise yourself. You posted that Minecraft video, now copy that link, go to some Minecraft or Minecraft related forums and groups on other social media sites like G+ and ask for people to check it out.
Tell them to share it if they liked what they saw, etc. Advertising yourself on other sites or sites related to what you do is a HUGE way to get subscribers. Join some G+ groups and tell people to check that stuff out, go on Minecraft forums or other gaming forums and tell people to check that out. It also helps if you do collaborations with other YouTubers and you guys record a video of yourselves playing and then uploading those videos onto each other's channels and leave links to the other YouTuber's channel- that helps a lot as well.
Guess the last thing you can do is try editing your gameplay footage too. (I am unable to view your videos at my current location so my apologies if you do this step already). Editing will be your best friend that cuts out all the boring crap nobody wants to see- it's good for you because people will stay interested in the video, are more likely to finish the entire video, and more likely to hit subscribe.
Nobody wants to see you wandering around lost in the Witcher 3 or whatever for just about the entire duration of the video- NO, BAD! - cut that garbage out and fill in the space with more interesting content like killing a really bad @$$ boss or getting launched off a cliff because- game logic. If people want uncut and sometimes boring content, they will watch someone live stream on Twitch- YouTube gives you the advantage of editing and cutting out anything boring you may have in your footage.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
