NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB or AMD Radeon R9 280X 3GB?

Two different price points, and the R9 390 also needs a stronger power supply. R9 380 and GTX 960 compare in performance by game http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1... R9 380 on average is a little stronger than GTX 960, but GTX 960 is 70 watts lower power. http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php... R9 390 and GTX 970 compete on price and they are a difficult decision.

Of course the R9 390 is better than a GTX 960 by a lot. http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php... But, it costs much more and runs 275 watts.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
