E a infraestrutura se for caseiro não vai dar certo cara imagine uma pessoa ter que ir na sua casa conectar um cabo.. e pra vc conseguir internet vc tem que pegar de algum lugar mano.. e não tem lugar gratuito. Custo estimado: 100.000 - 300.000 R$ por ano dependendo dos planos de Internet se fosse oferecer para 10 estados Renda / Ganho : 0 R$ Custo estimado: 6.000 - 20.000 R$ por ano e se a Internet for pior que 3G e todo mundo usar Renda / Ganho : 0 R$.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
