Obama released the past 12 years of his tax returns. Romney released only 1 year. Why?

I wish he would. Let's face it. Mitt has the wherewithal to hire the best accountants in the profession, and I'm sure he does so.

I highly doubt that the best accountants in the profession would do something that could potentially be illegal. So has Mitt done anything illegal? Probably not.

So has Mitt probably done some legal shuffling of his money to avoid paying taxes? He probably has, but why is that such a big deal? How many people do you know that pay more taxes than they have to?

If I was advising Mitt, I would tell him to release the returns, and use them to go on the offensive. If I would have him say something like "Washington DC is so complex and out of touch that people have to shuffle their money overseas to avoid overtaxation. We need REAL reform in the tax code.

. ." and then put forth a solution.

Because he is hiding something about his earnings which he has already lied about I am sure. Or he is playing a game to wait & release them so everyone will switch to his side last min. But I am sure it is because there is dirt there.

Sooooo many presidents have had to release their tax documents. This is not a joke position they are applying for. We want to know in every way that may for-worn us if our president is crooked.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
