In the jurisprudence (and Obama and Biden are lawyers)... a right is a legal or moral entitlement to do something. I think in that case it is not a legal right but it is a moral right. I think Obama was saying that it should be a legal right (based on his legal viewpoint)... he is then wrong.

Pretty bad thought when someone needs medical help and can't afford it... and dies because they can't afford to get proper care. My father-in-law died recently... avoided hospitals all his life and when he got into a health incident that put him there they found out he had a number of cancers, emphaszema, diabetes, etc... and not insurance or money.
