ObjC: is there such a thing as a “class protocol”?

There are such things as Protocols for class methods, and they're called.... Protocols. For example, it looks like you want a protocol that looks like this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
