OK, so what you really want is how to find and replace a text, it seems. Take a look at stackoverflow.com/questions/233922/find-... Or are you having problems even with getting and setting the attribute at all?
No, I don't think that's what I wanted. The video ID of the video is shown: "img.youtube. Com/vi/THIS IS WHERE THE ID IS/0.
Jpg". I want to replace the 'THIS IS WHERE THE ID IS' with the video ID contained within the embedded code: param name="movie" value="youtube. Com/v/HERE IS THE ID&rel=0&.
While it replaces the entire div (Contents) and its contents with another div that will have the background image set as "img.youtube. Com/vi/THIS IS WHERE THE ID IS/0. Jpg" – Dave Dec 29 '09 at 6:42 So, it's a matter of finding the regex to match the text between the 2 slashes.
Let us know how you progress on this :) – Eduardo Dec 29 '09 at 15:25.
What I am trying to do is, obtain the ID of a video from YouTube, and input the 11 character ID into the css of a div of a specific id by using jQuery. I know the URL for the thumbnail of any video, but I just need to be able to change the ID to display different video thumbnails. Function(data) + "/0.
Which, would then also replace the original div (). Am I on the right track with my script?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
