Of the 46 US jurisdictions that have government-sponsored lotteries, which one has paid out the most in prize monies?

Of the 46 jurisdictions (43 states, Puerto Rico, D.C., and the Virgin Islands), most have both their own lotteries and participate in joint lotteries (MegaMillioms and/ Powerball), and most have scratchers as well. So would you be looking for the most paid out by either MegaMillions, Powerball, or individual state lotteries? Or just the individual state lotteries?

Or, are you looking for the most paid out overall by state (all lotteries available in that state)? And, are we talking just the drawings or drawings and scratchers? Some of those options might take some serious research.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
