Being 18 or 19 and even doing all those things aren't result in some sort of instant adulthood. You're responsible and that's great, its perfectly normal to still be growing up in college. In fact, you'll continue to grow and mature for years to come because there's no adulthood finish line, I actually strive to continue to grow and improve myself.
If you're looking for a milestone to mark official adulthood, starting to be out of touch with current trends hot with young people and seeing things more from an older person's perspective were big for me. Don't worry so much, you've got years of young mistakes and life lessons ahead of you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
