You may need to install the drivers for the phone. Look on the company's website to see any support for your problem. Also when you plug it in, make sure that usb storage is on and not just charging.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
