On the site plan, what does the smaller inner dotted box within each lot indicate?

Within each lot, there is an inner dotted square or box. The dotted box represents the outer boundaries of the home building envelope. The purpose is to create as much buffer area between each home as possible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
