Actually, the system backup / restore WILL NOT work on a DIFFERENT PS3 due to profile and encryption key restrictions. Your BEST option would be to upload your game saves to PS+ on the original, then download them from your PS+ on the second. You would need to download any games / DLC you want onto the second from your PSN account.

You can also sync your trophies to the second system from your PSN account. Unfortunately, there's no easy, direct way to do it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
