Optimal way to fill std::vector buffer?

If you don't use std::string at all and avoid the temporary std::vector, you can easily do this without any extra dynamic allocation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
