It depends a lot on what instrument you play and what kind of music you want to study. Berklee is a contemporary music school and a great place to go if you want to be a guitarist (non-classical), electric bassist, etc. and play jazz, rock, pop, and other contemporary styles or study music production. Other popular contemporary or jazz schools include the Musician's Institute in California, the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford, and the music program at NYU.
The majority of top music schools are conservatories, specializing in classical music. Schools such as Juilliard, Curtis, New England Conservatory, and Oberlin are renowned conservatories (and most of them are extremely difficult to get into).
Oberlin College is a good choice for students who want to focus on music, as they have a world class music conservatory as well as a top-notch liberal arts education program.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
