Our MEAP device populates the list of devices within eCopy ShareScan OP very slowly. Is there a reason for this?

While accessing the Services Manager on my Windows XP workstation, I do not see any Managers listed in the box when I try to perform Discover Manager task. Also, I do not see a list of devices when I try to add a MEAP device. What could be causing this?

This could be due to network settings on the MEAP -enabled device that are not properly configured. Verify the IP address, subnet mask, and domain settings on the MEAP -enabled device. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
