Paleolithic Diet (Caveman diet): Anyone with experience eating this way, how hard is it to shop for & stick with?

I'm considering trying to eat this way, and would like to hear stories from those who have followed a paleolitithic diet. What are the pros/cons? How difficult is it to shop for?

I only eat organic brown rice, fish, organic vegetables, nuts and sunflower seeds. These are not hard to get... It is not the paleothithic diet. But I cannot have dairy,gluten grains,sugar or bad fats.It is the celiac diet and that is hard to get because their is contamination in factory air, on conveyor belts for nuts out of the shell, in vitamins even if they say dairy and gluten free, in pans, toasters etc. Contamination.

I think the Paleolithic diet would be very healthy, but also take time to do..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
