The DFW Grand Hyatt is publicly owned and privately operated by Hyatt, which is similar to the ownership and operational structure proposed for the Convention Center Hotel. The hotel includes a total of 298 rooms, a ballroom, banquet room, and pre-function space. The Grand Hyatt is fully integrated into the Airport’s Terminal D, which makes it convenient for Airline passengers to use the Hotel accommodation without leaving the terminal.
