See php.net/manual/en/domdocument.getelement... You need to register the namespace with the namespaceURI in your XML and specify it ADDED In the beginning I didn't see you've got xmlns:media attribute in your XML. So all you need to change is line $promos = $item->getElementsByTagNameNS("mediaurl.com/", "content").

I've tried the instructions on that page nearly word-for-word and haven't even been able to get the document to echo anything. I'm not sure what's wrong. Also, as I mentioned using CURL before, the xml is not hosted on the server this document is working in.
Not sure if that's helpful or not. (thanks for responding, by the way) – Sisi Jul 14 at 19:57 Please see the content I've added. – Gedrox Jul 14 at 21:01 Worked beautifully.
Thank you so much. I'll go ahead and add your solution to my original post. – Sisi Jul 14 at 21:18.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
