Pdo binding asc/desc order dynamically?
No. Parameters are automatically quoted, and ASC/DESC shouldn't be quoted. This is the same reason that table and column names can't be parameters.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
