Its usually fluffy minded girlie girls who do this ridiculous thing to their little lap dogs , or Fur babies as they call them. I am assuming you mean dressing dogs up in dresses and hats, pyjamas etc, and not practical proper dog coats. Why?

Beats me! It is in my opinion, very degrading to do this to dog, and only goes to highlight its owners ignorance and stupidity.

Sometimes it's for weather condition, like if the weather is very very VERY freezing and the owners are worried about their little paws can't handle it well. Not only that but if it was very cold, then I assume putting on some sort of clothing on them might help them feel a little warmer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
