Php exec command to encode video to h.264 mp4 file using ffmpeg and x264 tool on ubuntu?

Exec("ffmpeg -i movie. Mov -sameq -ar 22050 -ab 32k -s 1280x720 movie. Mp4"); ffmpeg can do mp4 on its own without libx264.It will encode the video as h264 with audio as aac.

When I do that command I end up with an empty mp4 file... – matt Dec 11 at 11:05.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
