PHP - Give Error on Convert a 12Hour Format Time to a new timezone?

Put simply, that PHP is trying (mistakenly, for your needs) to read AM as a timezone and AM is not a valid timezone.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
