If it returns false, then - by your definition, either the file type isn't image/jpeg or it isn't image/png, or the type isn't set, or the entire $_FILES isn't set.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
