PHP mysql multi-table search returning different table and field data row after row?

Id say there would be many different ways to go about this, however I would search all tables at once, and display the results in order of relevance. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
