PHP/MYSQL returning incorrect results - MYSQL WHERE clause?

The query returns the table as an array and you are printing this array. The returned value is correct. Try printing the array element.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
